I accidentally deleted every Admin Account IN windows 7, xp, 8, 8.1, 10 [TIPS]

First of all Login Safe Mode with Command Prompt (F8)



To troubleshoot over this issue, you will have to enable Built-in Administrator Account.
Follow the steps to enable the Built-in Administrator Account.

Steps to Enable the Built-in Administrator Account.
a)      Press Windows + X
b)      Type   net user administrator /active:yes
c)       Close the elevated command prompt.
d)      The built-in Administrator will now be available to select to sign into.
e)      Restart the system.
Then enter into the administrator account. Then you have to change the standard account to admin account.

Follow the steps to change the standard account to admin account.
a)      Press Windows + C
b)      Click on search. Type User account on the search bar and click on settings.
c)       Click on User account
d)      Click on change your account type and select the account which you want to make it as admin account.
Then disable the previous admin account.

Follow the steps to disable the previous admin account.
Steps to Disable the Built-in Administrator Account.
a)      Open Elevated Command Prompt from Windows + X Power Users Tasks Menu
b)      Type   net user administrator /active:no
c)       Close the elevated command prompt.
d)      The built-in Administrator will now be available to select to sign into.
e)      Restart the system.
Then your standard account will be your admin account.
